International Coffee Expo

February 22, 2006

Garden plaza café, at 120 Collins Street. They are obviously a cherished part of the govt and ivory tower set. I have to say the coffee was good, hot, deep in texture and creamy. The barista knew his stuff!! I’ll be back..

Try the Red Cup in the Foyer of 120 Collins St. I have been going there every Week day morning for 4 months and their coffees have been consistently very good. The Barrista has a good eye for presentation and staff is really welcoming..

The cafe in the foyer of 120 Collins St was originally good, but has seriously gone down hill with customer service that can be good or bad depending on the mood of one of their main staff. A customer service skills course would go a long way to teaching this individual on how to express their opinions with tact.

Otherwise, it is a great place to meet clients and apart from on a few occassions the coffee is generally good.

Coffees are not cheap here though!
