The Melbourne Coffee Review

Melbourne has some of the grooviest places to have a coffee. But where is the best coffee? Here in the CBD of Melbourne (Australia) we are a bunch of coffee snobs (especially in Collins Street), and do not suffer bad coffee well. 1 bean = bloody worth looking up, 2 beans = something extra ordinary here. 3 Beans = close to sex. These are my reviews for them that give a bean!! [Bus Enq +61(0)4121 33363, HotShot Enq Call Steve Agi on +61(0)43221 0963]

The Wine Shop 159 Spring Street Melbourne

Hey, what’s happened to Spring Street? Its spawning coffee shops like crazy around there. I hit the “Wine Shop” a couple of times, expecting a great coffee I must confess. Type: Grinders… while they did well, in terms of making it… the significantly pregnant (good luck to you) lady did a great job, with what I consider an ordinary blend. Definitely a passionate Barista, as was the gentleman who made one also. Taste sensation was slightly bitter, but a good temp, and well served coffee. It was rich in flavour, and they served it at a good hot temp, which is something the macciatos lose in this town some times I think (coldish). Coffee art was nil, but overall, good enough to be in Melbourne. I do however believe they are famous for their wines.. A bean.

If you want really good coffee at the Wine Shop, you must get Hanna to make it.
