International Coffee Expo

April 5, 2006

I took a chance on this place a couple of times. The first time they managed to have me wait about 15 mins to get my coffee, but to my surprise it was a very smooth brew. I penciled it in for a second view, hopeful that I had found another secret coffee haunt!! They use a brand I haven’t tried before, ‘Veneziano’. The first time I had it is was lovely and smooth and totally made up for the delay. The second time it was like water. It lacked flavour, and strength, especialy in the 8am rush. Again he faulted, but nothing serious. I think they take their coffee seriously there, but the business runs with a lack of energy. Maybe its just me. I will give it another go. @ 2.80 for a coffee,… it was on par around town.. but .. for me, no cigar. I’ll be back.
