Nicks Bar – 207 Queen St, Melbourne.

I have been lunching with a client at this place for over a year now, and never tried their coffee. It was not conscious, I just normally went elsewhere for my next meet and did a coffee there (wherever that was). This time, Frank, my client, insisted that I try the coffee, and assured me that it was ok. I was delighted with a smooth and creamy long macchiato. I have to confess, Frank gave the game away and UI think the owner actually made sure it was up to par, but nevertheless this was a damn fine brew. It was a good hot temperature, which I love, and the taste was clean and little bitterness. Again, in the frenzy, I didnít check the coffee type, but I would give these guys a solid 2 beans.
