I might have to agree with the snobbish vibe of the staff in the last times i been there, but often many classy decked out hospitality places leaves such taste, could it be us or them? i think they should smile n vibe more with the punters who pay their wages and keep that place alive.

No. Not having a laugh. The customer service here gives you a genuinely bad feeling when you walk out the door. I would even go as far as sugguesting that the management have good hard look at the people skill adopted by some of their staff and maybe consider replacing them.
