		<description>LOL; I love it that in Melbourne people know enough about cafes to take notice of their espresso machines.  Truth is, Synessos and La Marzoccos are just as capable of producing crap coffee as any other machine ... perhaps even more so.  From the consumer&#039;s point of view, though, if you see a Synesso or a LM, you know that the cafe has invested a fair chunk of change.  This means that they are either really passionate, or that they have heaps of backing ;P&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;You know, I have been here a few times and I have never actually had a coffee with milk in it?!&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;What&#039;s cool is that these dudes are pretty into drip/filter/plunger/etc brewing methods.  If you ask, they&#039;ll be happy to brew a plunger of whatever you want to try.  They were even happy for me to bring my vac pot/siphon in.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;No doubt, BEP will continue to get better.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Cheers,&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Luca</description>
