Well team caffeine, it finally happened the much anticipated and long overdue event has occurred….The CaFFiend has taken a drink from the Devil’s Cup at the home of Beelzebub himself….and let me tell you something sooooo good must be a sin!!!!
The build up, the expectancy, the overall excitement had reached crescendo, near breaking point, for all of us.
After the debacle that was my first attempt at liquid lunch down at Café Beelzebub, only to discover that it is closed Monday’s, I was on a mission to head back out there and have a drink from the Devil’s Cup at his own café.
In I walked, the silent assassin, unknown and unnoticed, just the way I liked it.
“On espresso please,” I ordered waiting anxiously to partake.
It arrived quickly with a dense crema, in a warmed demitasse cup, aromatic, smooth and sublime, the flavor nuances clear in the cup, he perfect extraction.
I was impressed!
Looking for the daily double, I ordered a café latte, hoping that the temptation would be complete.
Out it came, to the delight of my eagerly awaiting taste buds, not to mention my caffeine addiction.
Smooth, silken milk at the perfect temperature and texture, which came as no surprise as I watched the skillful barista in action, preparing his offering to the under-lord.
The ritual was complete, two caffeine based beverages were consumed with excellent results and2 beans to the team @ Café Beelzebub, who truly deserve to be and epitomize what it means to be a HOTSHOT:

Coffee: Veneziano

Sorry. Happened to pop by this cafe today because I saw they use Veneziano beans. Unfortunately, very disappointing coffee. Was expecting better coffee with Veneziano beans. Coffee was too hot and latte didn’t have enough froth.
Good to know the best hits on Smith St now come in little cups in cafes!
Beelzebub is my favourite cafe. The owner Fabian is a perfectionist and his work is meticulous. I just love sitting there to enjoy the atmosphere or do a bit of web-surfing with my laptop. The foot is fantastic too — I especially like the Chilean specialities such as the “Churrasco” (beef sandwich).
I have had every style of coffee from expresso to Soy latte and let me tell you, as per the article, the perfectionism of the barista making that coffee came through the taste, texture heat ahd most of all the flavour of the coffee. Like water for chocolate, I could almost say it tasted of love as it was made with love.
Cafe Beezlebub, I travel from Essendon to have your coffee and I will continue to do so whilst you guys are making my coffees!

Beelezebub is a great place to drop by for a quick caffeine hit! Order a short macchiato and you won’t be disappointed! The owner, Fabian, is incredibly enthusiastic and will chat to you about coffee for hours if you are so inclined, and the atmospheric Beelzebub theme and Latino music pumping through the place let you know that you definitely aren’t in any generic cafe!
The coffee is sensational would recommend anyone in the area to have a nice quite or social coffee @ Beelzebub, the enviroment, service & food are delightful.
