On a recent visit it took 15 minutes for me to be noticed by wait-staff and after I placed my order another 15 minutes to get a coffee. In fact food that I'd ordered arrived before the coffee. Excuse given was "Oh we've been having some trouble with our computer lately" Coffee may be great but service is pretty bad.
