Geographe Bay Rd, Busselton WA
With magnificent views overlooking the historic Busselton jetty and tranquil Geographe Bay stretching to the horizon we called in for a light lunch and rest stop after our drive down the new Forrest Highway from Perth on our weekend getaway.
For lunch we enjoyed salt and pepper calamari with a soy/lime/ginger sauce, crunchy wedges with chilli sauce and herb bread, it all arrived promptly looking and tasting a treat and had us re-fueled for our afternoon adventures.
To satisfy my need for a caffeine fix I ordered a flat white, it presented well with silky microfoam with a dainty little love heart, it had choc/caramel notes with a pleasant aftertaste but was too cool for my liking but I’ve had a lot worse than this in my travels!
Coffee by Yahava roasters from Yallingup
We had an enjoyable lunch visit with amazing views, good food and decent java. Can’t award a bean here but well worth the visit.
