I seem to be on a winning streak! the good coffee keeps coming my way…

Tucked away just off little Collins St, a great cafe/ fine dining restaurant. The council house 2 has charm written all over it. I am a regular visitor to this place but do admit it has been a while. Lucky for me a new experienced barista from Degraves Espresso has decided to take the jump across Swanston St and is delivering liquid gold. Manufacturing the goods using Atomica’s “dark blend”.

This place has such a relaxed feel. Serving only everything Local. Beer, wine and gourmet food all from parts of Victoria. Today I grabbed a Latte to go, and came back in later on to get a true taste of the espresso. A short mac please! The coffee here is super smokey, but its the work by the man behind the machine that makes it enjoyable. Extracted to a tee!

A massive rap on this place, and hope to secure this baby as a hotshot. 3 Beans easy, and a huge shout out to Callum and his fine work. As Arny would say… Ill be back.
